How to Use the Timesheet

  • Step 1: Fill in Employee Information: Write your name, employee ID, and date at the top.
  • Step 2: Log Work Hours: Record time in and time out for each shift. Use extra fields for split shifts or multiple breaks.
  • Step 3: Calculate Total Hours: Add up total hours worked for the day.
  • Step 4: Record Overtime & PTO: Enter any overtime or PTO used.
  • Step 5: Calculate Earnings: If needed, write in the pay rate and subtotal.
  • Step 6: Add Comments (Optional): Use the notes section for schedule changes or shift details.
  • Step 7: Get Signatures for Approval: Both the employee and supervisor should sign the form.
