The Parent Reminder Slips (And How to Use Them)

The best part of this download is buried at the bottom: tear-off slips that say “Thank you for bringing ______ for our class party.” You fill in what the family signed up for, cut the slip, and send it home in the folder. It turns a name on a sheet into an actual reminder taped to somebody’s kitchen counter.

Room parents live and die by these. Without a reminder, half of what people signed up for shows up late or not at all. Send the slip home the Monday before and your Thursday party is actually stocked.
