As a self-proclaimed plan-aholic, I created this one-page weekly student planner for young aspiring planners like myself.
This free printable weekly student planner template allows students to see their entire week at a glance.

✨ For even more detail, pair this with my daily student planner for hour-by-hour scheduling. 📚
In my classroom, I notice students struggle to organize and prioritize tasks when traditional student planners either:
- Don’t have enough space
- Don’t have space for what is important
To solve the problem, this planner is undated (it can be used infinitely throughout the year), includes space for before- and after-school activities, up to 8 time slots, classes, or activities, includes the weekend days, and has a notes section for important reminders.
Why Undated Planners are Better:
✨ Ultimate Flexibility: Start using them any time. There is no need to wait for a specific date. Perfect for those with fluctuating schedules.
✨ Environmental Friendliness: No wasted pages 🥳! Use the entire planner until it’s finished rather than having to discard unused dated months.
✨ Efficient: Download once and reuse it infinitely.
✨ Customizable: Fill in the times & dates yourself based on your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all dated format.

This planner is perfect for middle school students who like to cross off classes as they happen to high school students with block scheduling, A/B scheduling, or modular scheduling. Or college students with complex daily schedules.
This weekly planner can be used with my regular student planners or as a standalone document.
