This free printable study planner for students brings your schedule, topics, and goals onto one clean sheet. Use it to map out a single test, a full unit, or an entire week of studying. Once you get the hang of it, you can reuse the same layout over and over.

I created this planner for students from a teacher’s perspective, giving it some unique features you won’t find elsewhere.

Start by setting your times and dates. Fill out the monthly calendar and circle, highlight, or cross off the days you intend to study. Next, create your schedule.

You’ll also notice five built-in breaks that you can track to ensure you get enough recovery time between study sessions. This study planner can be used with my Pomodoro Technique planner (if you like the idea of lots of breaks) or by itself.

Regarding your actual study plan, you can set your top three goals and priorities and identify and cross off topics, chapters, notes, etc., as you go.

This one-page study planner PDF is perfect for downloading and using over and over again. Its simple format provides the structure and detail to create a comprehensive study plan.
